Royal Green is the eponymous debut solo project from The National drummer Bryan
Devendorf. Mixing in many influences, ranging from classic rock radio to blissfully
unmoored dream-pop, Royal Green is a less a conventional studio project than a
marshalling point for the many talents of one of the less-discussed members of one
of alternative music’s most consistent forces.
